Onsen egg (soft boiled egg)
We prepare onsen eggs every morning. Enjoy its taste. You can also put it on rice and make egg rice.
Cooked ganmo (deep-fried tofu containing bits of various kinds of vegetables)
This special ganmo is made only for us by the Yamafuji tofu shop.
Seasonal vegetables, Toyama Meisui pork sausage, and light grilled dried fish caught in Kurobe Ikuji are steamed in a steam basket.
Tarajiru (codfish soup)
Tarajiru is fishermen’s soup from Asahicho, Toyama. We arranged it as the morning miso soup.
Koshihikari, produced in the Ueki area in Kurobe, is small grain tasty rice.
